Jennifer Chan, M.C., BCaBA, IBA

Founder & Director  

 

  • 15+ years of clinical experience in supporting neurodiverse children and youths
  • Specialized in social groups focusing socio-emotional learning 
  • SEP™ practitioner in training, somatic therapy for trauma and stress recovery 
  • Brainspotting® certified practitioner, utilizing innovating techniques for emotional healing
  • SOI® certified practitioner (intermediate level), training intelligence with personalized program
  • PEERS® certified provider, supporting adolescents and young adults to develop friendship and handling conflicts in relationship

Jennifer is a dedicated advocate for neurodiversity, supporting children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ADHD, and other mental health issues since 2006 in Canada and Hong Kong. She celebrates the strengths and uniqueness of every child, understanding that acceptance and inclusion are vital for their growth and development. As a neurodiversity advocate at KidsWiz, Jennifer employs a multidisciplinary approach, combining her extensive experience in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) with trauma-informed counseling therapy to empower families facing behavioral challenges and emotional issues. 

Specializing in social groups and camps, Jennifer focuses on creating inclusive environments where children can learn to socialize and play through fun activities. She also coaches parents, caregivers, and educators on fostering these inclusive spaces at home and school, ensuring that every child has the opportunity to thrive.

Emily Siu, M.Ed., BCBA, IBA

Clinical Director

  • Over 9 years of clinical experience in supporting neurodiverse children and youths
  • Master's degree of Education 
  • Board Certified Behaviour Analyst (BCBA)
  • International Behaviour Analyst (IBA)

Emily is a passionate advocate for neurodiversity, empowering children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD), ADHD, and other special educational needs (SEN) since 2015 in Canada and Hong Kong. She celebrates the unique strengths of every child, recognizing that acceptance, inclusion, and nurturing their potential are essential for their growth and development. At KidsWiz, Emily draws on her extensive background in Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA) and her Master's degree in Education to support neurodivergent children and their families in a collaborative approach.

Specialized in working with preschool and primary school students, Emily enhances children's motivation to learn while supporting their development across various areas. She believes that learning is a continuous process that requires resilience. Through her work, Emily empowers both children and families by fostering supportive and inclusive environments for learning and development.
