Providing school support services empowers students to become independent by collaborating closely with students, educators, and families to create individualized plans that incorporate tailored strategies and goals, meeting each student's unique needs. Shadow teachers provide one-on-one guidance, adapting teaching methods and learning materials to facilitate curriculum engagement, manage behaviours, and facilitate positive social interactions to create an inclusive environment. Through ongoing collaboration with schools, we develop customized support plans to ensure that every student receives the academic, behavioural, and social support they need to succeed.

Our shadow teacher services are dedicated to promoting student independence and enhancing success in the school settings in four key areas:
- Behaviour Management - to increase learning behaviours and reduce problem behaviours
